Welcome Team Coordinator.
A real estate client, who relocated here from the Amarillo area, introduced Angel to CWC about three years ago. In the past two years Angel sensed a stronger call to get more involved in lending her hand to Kingdom activities and helping reach the lost. This year that call led her to volunteer and serve as CWC Table Hostess Coordinator. Not only does she train our table hostesses, she greets guests at monthly luncheons and ensures everyone has such an enjoyable experience that they want to return again and again with friends.
Angel and her husband of over 31 years have lived in this area over 18 years. They especially enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren with whom their two sons and daughters-in-law have blessed them. Angel’s husband owns and operates a residential fence company, and she is a Realtor with Ebby Halliday.
Bible Study Coordinator
Gloria Ashby is our Bible Study Coordinator, who leads as well as helps organize our regular small group and Bible Studies. She is also a past chairperson of our Christian Women's Connection and a Stonecroft speaker.
Gloria recently retired as a business leader-coach from a financial organization, to allow more time to focus on her women’s ministries and speaking with professional as well as faith-based groups. Additionally, Gloria has written and published devotionals and inspirational stories in Chicken Soup for the Soul and other collections. She lives in Prosper with her husband of 40+ years.
They have one daughter and son-in-law, and two precious granddaughters, who keep Gigi and Grandpa hopping.
In this role, Delanna organizes outreach events, such as our Union Gospel Mission luncheons and Charity Birthday Bash celebrations.
Delanna first connected to CWC in 1993 through the Rhode Island chapter. She currently serves with Alive At Last as a facilitator of Mending the Soul classes and an ally to one of the survivors. Because of her passion for helping the less advantaged, Delanna volunteered as Hub Coordinator.
Delanna married her best friend and lives in Plano. She and her husband belong to the Panther Creek Harley Owners Group (HOG). Together, they blended families with Delanna's son and daughter, her husband’s three grown children and four grandchildren, who live in New York, and two marshmallow white Maltese. Delanna is employed in the healthcare industry and loves to travel, especially to New York (of course).
Joann schedules soloists and musicians to perform at our luncheon meetings and also serves as a Table Hostess. Passionate about music, Joann has sung in church choirs since high school, with vocal teams, and as a church soloist. Recently, she sang with the Sanctuary Choir at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church in Dallas and the Dallas Credo Choir that performed in Carnegie Hall last June.
Joann retired from a top healthcare services corporation, as a senior manager in rebate management. She graduated from Valparaiso University, Indiana, with a B.S. in elementary education and taught in the lower grades, as well as served as a Lutheran school administrator. Joann relocated three years ago to Little Elm to spend more time with her two sons' families, including 3 grandchildren. In her spare time, Joann enjoys working out, serving as a MOPS mentor mom, dancing, worship, bible studies, walking her dog, Biscuit, and exploring DFW with her girlfriends.
Cindy connects with members who do not have email and follows up with members who have not attended for awhile. Besides connecting, Cindy also assists in updating the membership roster and helps with registration at events.
Cindy first connected with CWCCC through her good friend, Linda Montgomery, who knew she was looking for a way to connect with Christian women in the area. Cindy enjoyed the excellent lunch, program, and meeting several women who welcomed her warmly so much that she has attended CWCCC ever since.

Geni has an enthusiastic heart to serve, lead and inspire others! She has served CWC since 1992 as a past Chairman, speaker and volunteer. Her experience in leadership positions in both ministry and business, have armed her with knowledge, creativity and passion.
Geni is a native Texan and was raised in the D/FW metroplex, so it was natural for her to start a business in the real estate industry. What laid the groundwork in 1980 was her entrepreneurial spirit, as well as her love for architecture and design. After beginning as a homebuilder, she received her real estate license in 1982 and pursued the ‘Realtor’ side of the business. Her team’s success led Geni to writing two books. In her spare time, Geni loves volunteering at charity events and lives in Plano with her dog Prince.

Get set for a warm welcome and give-aways at CWC Appreciation luncheons, thanks to Kathy Reeh.
Kathy’s first connected with CWCCC through a chance encounter at Joann’s Craft Store. There, she met Pat Gordon while waiting in line to pay. Besides exchanging coupons and phone apps for discounts, Pat invited her to come to a CWC Cherish Friends Coffee the next day.Kathy says it was LOVE at first encounter. She serves as a table hostess, helps organize our Table Hostesses, and ensures everyone experiences a warm welcome and new friends.
Kathy lives in Frisco with her husband. She has two grown children – a son and a daughter – and 4 precious grandchildren.
Table Decorations Coordinator
Jackie started attending CWC in the early 2000’s and served as the Financial Coordinator. However, due to work restraints and illness, she stepped down from that position after a couple of years. In 2013, a friend invited her back to the meetings, and right away Jackie realized how much she missed the group.
Jackie once again served faithfully as Financial Coordinator for four years. She recently stepped away from that role to focus full time on one of her other many talents ... that of our Table Decorations Coordinator. Jackie readily tells others how much she treasures the friends she has made over the years through CWC and how the meetings strengthen and renew her faith every month.
Liz Morris, also known as “The Personality Doctor,” joins the CWC Planning Team as Program Coordinator, responsible for organizing the fun features at our events. Liz founded the Center for Spiritual Development, through which she works to give people valuable insight into their calling and assignments in life. She also writes an online devotional and sits on the Advisory Board of two companies and one ministry.
Liz lives in Carrollton with her husband, Jeff. They have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and a precious 2 ½ year old grandson. When not working or speaking, Liz loves to cook, try new recipes, travel, write, and hang out with her girlfriends. Join me in welcoming Liz to our Planning Team.
Mandy volunteered to serve as the Prayer Coordinator because of her passion for communication with our heavenly Father. Making connections for such a time as this, Mandy delights in the opportunity to cover our meetings with prayer as well as cover the requests from individuals each month along with her small team of prayer warriors. If you have a prayer request or a praise report, let Mandy know!
Mandy’s mother-in-love first invited her to CWCCC during the summer months when she was a teacher and only had summer time available. Today, Mandy has a flexible career as a realtor with Coldwell Banker in Frisco. Mandy met her husband in a Dallas High School over 40 years ago. She also has three grown children and 4 grandchildren in the area with one on the way!
Cherish Friends Coffee Coordinator and past Chair
Pat is a servant leader. She says she has worked with CWC since the Stone Ages (though we doubt that when we see her youthful reservoir of enthusiasm.) Pat has served as Chair, Stonecroft Regional Representative, Regional Administrator, and Board of Directors Member. Currently, Pat chairs and organizes our Annual Fundraiser event, hosts CWC Cherish Friends Coffees in her home, brings Welcome Bags for first time guests, and is a Stonecroft Speaker.
In addition to her women’s ministry, Pat is a wife, mother, and grandmother whose passion is to connect people with Christ, each other, and the community.
Pat McNatt comes to Christian Women Connection to serve and get to know other ladies. Although her professional career has been in nursing, she always had a heart for ministry. Last year, in order to have more time for ministry, she started working part-time.
Pat is also a speaker and the author of From Restoration … to Rejoicing. Her desire is to encourage other women through the trials of life by sharing her story. She also coordinates the Women’s Ministry at her church.
Pat and her husband, Clark, reside in Plano and have lived in Texas for seventeen years. They have two grandchildren, who live just a mile from them — a fifteen year old granddaughter and an eight year old grandson. Pat and Clark have been blessed to be a large part of their lives since they were babies.
